Is there any cost to claim my reward?
No, it is free to use our program as a member. All you have to do is follow the instructions and complete the specified number of offers required to claim your prize.
Do I have to buy something from the Advertisers?
While most of our offers require no purchases or commitments, some Advertisers require a purchase to consider the membership active and eligible to claim the reward.
What's the catch?
There is no catch. Advertisers and sponsors cover the cost for your gift card, plus shipping and handling. To get the free gift card, you are required to complete at least five (5) required offers. Once you complete the required offers, your free gift card is sent to you free of charge.
How many free gift cards can I get?
Per our Terms and Conditions, there is a limit of one gift card per household.
How does the program work?
1. Register and select your favorite gift card and provide the address where you want it to be sent.
2. View optional offers
Browse through the offers on the pages which may be of interest to you. Please note that these first two (2) pages of offers that will come up are optional and do not count toward the gift card reward.
3. Complete required offers
Complete at least five (5) of the offers from this page, which is the third page of offers to come up. Please note that each of these offers ask for your credit card number and expiration date. Through each of these offers, you will be signing up for a paid membership, making a purchase, etc.
4. Receive gift card
Once you’ve completed five (5) required offers you will receive your gift card in the mail in 8-10 weeks. The getmyfreedinner.com program is solely responsible for sending your gift card. Please do not contact any sponsors regarding your gift card status.
To avoid any confusion, please print out the offer pages as you complete them so that we can easily resolve any issues or discrepancies.
What if I didn’t receive my gift card?
Once you have completed all the necessary steps, your gift card will be shipped to you within 8 to 10 weeks, assuming you have followed the gift card redemption procedures properly and complied with all other provisions. If 10 weeks pass and you still haven’t received your gift card, please click on the Contact Us tab and explain your situation.
How do I complete an offer?
Completing an offer means you are submitting an order form for a given offer on the getmyfreedinner.com Web site. Please note that only the offers on the "required" page (the third page that comes up) count toward the gift card reward. (The first two pages of offers to come up are "optional" and do not count toward the gift card.)
You are not required to complete any one specific offer to earn your gift card, but you do need to complete at least three (3) of the required offers.
Why are the Advertisers paying for the reward?
Advertisers hire us to promote their products and offers. Advertisers typically have an allowance to acquire customers and we have channeled this to pay for your rewards. They receive qualified customers and you receive your free reward.
If the instructions say to complete 2 offers on page 1, 2 offers on page 2 and 2 offers on page 3 each, can I just complete 6 offers on page 1?
Please follow the instructions closely. You must complete the offers exactly as the instructions on the site indicate otherwise you may not qualify to receive your reward. If you have further questions after reading the instructions, please click here contact us.
Do I have to pay taxes on the gift?
Gifts over $600 must be reported to the IRS. For specific details, you can find out more information at www.irs.gov.
